"CASE project" (Complex seismic Sustainable Eco-friendly), a plan that involves the construction of new homes in the town of L'Aquila. The Government has authorized the Commissioner delegated to design and build in record time: new homes, not only houses, but durable and technologically advanced areas for all citizens who have a house destroyed by earthquake or declared unfit for use after inspection. This is the permanent and made of two criteria: technological innovation and energy saving and protection from earthquakes.
